What is sleep apnea?

Symptoms of sleep apnea?

Common symptoms of sleep apnea include loud snoring, gasping for air during sleep, excessive daytime sleepiness, morning headaches, difficulty concentrating, irritability, and waking up with a dry mouth or sore throat. If untreated, sleep apnea can lead to more serious health issues.

Is sleep apnea dangerous?

Yes, untreated sleep apnea can lead to a range of serious health complications, including high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and depression. It can also increase the risk of accidents due to daytime drowsiness.
